Types of Shipments and Delivery Terms
Delivery times depend
on the type of shipment selected. We have the following types of shipping
available:
Standard domicile:
1-3 business days
Delivery times are
understood as of 24 business hours following the date of purchase. The working
days are understood from Monday to Friday and not holidays. Saturdays, Sundays
and holidays are excluded from the delivery times. National, regional and local
holidays are respected, as well as those of the market in which our warehouse /
logistics center is located.
In seasons of sales,
Christmas campaigns and / or special promotions, deliveries could be delayed by
48 labor. Eventual delays in delivery can be verified for several reasons, such
as the personalization of products, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure,
and the delivery area in rural or remote regions.
Unless there are
circumstances arising from the personalization of the products or unforeseen or
extraordinary circumstances occur, we will send the order within the period
indicated on the website according to the selected shipping method and, in any
case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order
Confirmation. If after the established deadline you have not received your
package, contact our Customer Service department.
